I can't wait to make rhubarb cobblers, rhubarb pies, rhubarb cookies, rhubarb chutney, rhubarb jam, rhubarb cornbread, rhubarb pudding, rhubarb ice cream, rhubarb cakes, rhubarb salads, rhubarb syrup, rhubarb cocktails, and maybe a crumble if there's any left.
